Barrel Aged Gin - Release 3
90 Proof (45% ABV)
This latest release is our first Barrel Aged gin that has been aged in our very our Single Malt Whiskey barrels! Aged for just shy of two years in one of the barrels from Release 001 or our Single Malt. 

Harvest Gin - Release 4
90 Proof (45% ABV)
Each year is a unique expression, aged in a unique specialty cask and infused with something foraged locally. This year, our flagship gin was aged in a Port barrel from Eleven Winery and then infused with wild-foraged blue elderberry from Eastern Washington. After 7 months in the barrel, this gin came out a beautiful, dark purple color with loads of fresh fruit and winter spice on the palate.
