We’re releasing not one, but TWO new seasonal gins coming up SOON! No formal event is taking place, but we’ll have these new gins available for tastings, new signature cocktails, and bottle purchases starting on Friday, 11/8. Limited availability, so get yours while you can!

Barrel Aged Gin - Release 3
90 Proof (45% ABV)
This latest release is our first Barrel Aged gin that has been aged in our very our Single Malt Whiskey barrels! Aged for just shy of two years in one of the barrels from Release 001 or our Single Malt. 

Harvest Gin - Release 4
90 Proof (45% ABV)
Each year is a unique expression, aged in a unique specialty cask and infused with something foraged locally. This year, our flagship gin was aged in a Port barrel from Eleven Winery and then infused with wild-foraged blue elderberry from Eastern Washington. After 7 months in the barrel, this gin came out a beautiful, dark purple color with loads of fresh fruit and winter spice on the palate. 

THE Whiskey Tasting Event of the Year. We’re excited to announce that we’ll be participating the 12th annual Whiskeys for Wildlife Tasting Event on Bainbridge Island again this year to benefit the Puget Sound Restoration Fund.

Tickets go on sale 8/5/2024 and will allow you to taste some of the best and most exclusive whiskeys from across the globe: Single Malts, Blended Malts, Blended Whiskies, Single Grain Whiskies, Bourbon, Tennessee Whiskey, whiskies from Scotland, Ireland, Japan, Canada, Australia, South Africa, Taiwan, United States of America, along with Antique and Rare whiskies collections.

Admission also includes a wide array of small bites intended to pair with the assortment of fine whiskies. And all for a great cause.

This Saturday, September 28th at 12pm we'll be releasing our latest expression of American Single Malt Whiskey. This is a single cask bottling and we're releasing it at a cask strength of 121 proof (60.5% ABV). This is an extremely limited bottling with only 218 bottles produced, so don't miss your chance to snag yourself a bottle!

Release 007 is what we like to call one of our “graveyard” barrels - bringing together four different new make distillates of varying mash bills into a single cask. As a result, this is our most unique expression to date and each graveyard barrel will be completely different. Of the different new make distillates that went into the barrel, one was redistilled using tails from our very first peated mash bill which leveraged barley smoked with Washington peat! These distillates entered a 53-gallon new American Oak barrel with a #4 char and 25-month air-seasoned staves at 115 proof and aged just shy of 4 years. 

As with prior releases, there are huge notes of caramel, and butterscotch on the nose. A viscous full-bodied whiskey with sweet vanilla on the palate, finishing with a light hint of smoke from the peat.  121 proof (60.5% ABV).

We’ve partnered with the fine folks at Fair Isle Brewing in Ballard on an upcoming BEER release. We provided them with a few of our American Oak casks that were used to aged our Fernet Lario, and they’ve been aging a Farmhouse Ale that will be released this June (specific date TBD)

The release will be happening at Fair Isle Brewing in Ballard. Stay tuned for more specific on the release date and how to get your hands on a bottle!
