Dive into the flavors of the Pacific Northwest with Salish Sea Greens every Sunday this Spring and Summer 2024! We’ll be slinging a NEW signature cocktail EACH week, along with freshly shucked oysters and other seafood from our new neighbors at the business park. Weekly cocktails will be revealed on our Instagram/Facebook pages (@highsidedistilling), along with recipes and backgrounds on the spirits used, so be sure to give us a follow.
Salish Sea Greens will be serving up a rotating menu featuring three locally sourced oysters every week, in addition to their infamous rockfish ceviche, and grilled oysters, generously topped with their signature Chipotle garlic butter sauce.
Pair your seafood feast with a cocktail or a glass of fine wine from our neighbors at Eagle Harbor Wine Co.
